Project Description

Virtual Mannequins at Prince of Wales aircraft carrier

Virtual On has recently produced and supplied two Virtual Mannequins specially designed for installation aboard the esteemed Prince of Wales aircraft carrier. These innovative mannequins were meticulously crafted in response to the health and safety requirements set forth by Babcock International, serving as invaluable tools to remind and reinforce health and safety procedures to the two thousand workers stationed on the carrier. The video content, skillfully filmed by Virtual On, underwent post-production enhancements where glasses were seamlessly integrated using advanced motion tracking techniques, resulting in a natural and realistic appearance. The system itself was equipped with a motion sensor, ensuring that the informative messages would activate as individuals approached.

The overwhelming response from the workers has been exceedingly positive, as they appreciate the effectiveness and impact of these Virtual Mannequins in promoting a culture of safety throughout their work environment.
