Objectives
To create an informative and visually engaging corporate video that clearly illustrates the purpose and operation of the MIRA program — a flood early alert system powered by georeferenced data and SMS communication via ANTEL. The goal was to educate the public and government stakeholders across Latin America on how this innovative tool functions in real-time crisis scenarios.

Execution
Virtual On developed a comprehensive storyboard to guide the visual narrative, focusing on clarity and impact. The team crafted detailed 3D models and executed high-quality animation to demonstrate how the alert system works. To ensure accessibility, voice-overs were recorded in various Latin American accents. Special effects were added to enhance the storytelling, making complex technical processes easy to grasp for a diverse audience.

Results
The animated corporate video successfully communicated the MIRA system’s potential to save lives during emergencies. By showing real-life scenarios—such as a fire in Punta del Diablo and the immediate alerts sent to residents in Rocha—the video illustrated the effectiveness of targeted SMS alerts and evacuation guidance. It has since become an essential piece in presentations and awareness campaigns for SINAE.
